However, if you have a claim for a misprinted/damaged/defective item contact us directly and I will make sure you are taken care of. All claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.Because this is a digital product and you can download it instantly, there are no refunds or returns.
