Refund policy

No refunds or returns are allowed for digital products, personalized products or products that are made to order. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the product is eligible. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages/Wrong Product and Issues
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at customerservice@joyspringsstudio.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), products that are made to order, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital products, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at customerservice@joyspringsstudio.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at customerservice@joyspringsstudio.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
